Hygienic wall cladding can be installed on to both new and old surfaces to provide a sealed sanitary environment. Our systems are designed to comply with food industry regulations where there is a risk of hygiene issues. It provides a tough, easy to maintain and attractive finish and is available in a range of colours and finishes.
U-PVC is the most popular wall cladding material with most clients. It is an FDA approved material, with outstanding hygiene properties and a class 1 fire rating. It also has very high chemical resistance and good impact strength.

Ideal for food areas
Food safe, low cost, and easy fit hygienic wall cladding. The panels are particularly lightweight and easy to transport. These panels are perfect for use in kitchens, changing rooms, showers and car wash interiors. Colour matches can be made available on request but are subject to minimum order quantities.

The ECW-MIC anti-microbial cladding panels are a premium anti-microbial solution offering performance for hygiene-critical medical environments. Suitable for hospitals, laboratories, clinics, health centres, surgeries, care homes and morgues. They are Class1/Class 0 fire-rated for safety. Plus they conform to the highest hygiene standards so you can feel confident to specify the ECW-MIC panel.

Robust splashback panels protect walls in catering environments including restaurants, food vans, canteens and washrooms. We can bespoke cut these to any size and install any quantity to order. the ECW-SPL splash back conform to food hygiene standards just like the rest of the Enviraclad hygienic wall cladding range.

Massive coverage – quick installation
The PVC hollow form plank is another thicker panel at 10mm. With a width of 407mm it offers a large coverage area per panel which reduces installation time for projects that need to be finished in a a hurry. It is a lower cost option that can be fitted in quicker timescales. It has a seamless finish and great coverage, suited to low traffic and low-impact walls and ceilings. Colour matching is available on request for these panels subject to minimum order quantities. We can also access larger panel lengths up to 8m on request.
ECW-PREM Panel – Premium food safe wall cladding panels
Ideal for food areas
Rigid drop-in square ceiling tiles. Easy to fit. Hard wearing, impact resistant and ideal for long term solutions in tough and demanding environments such as food factories, breweries and abattoirs. Offers a bright white colour-fast and professional finish. EC-CP tiles can be removed and thoroughly cleaned by immersing in water and carry a life span of 10 years or more.
ECW-THIC Panel – Extra thick wall cladding panels
Hides imperfections and rough surfaces
Our extra thick panels are 10mm thick and suitable for cladding directly over uneven surfaces and clockwork. They can be fixed to any substrate, including direct to gyproc studding. These solid, rigid panels will hide imperfections in wall surfaces and also offers high levels of impact resistance.
The extra smooth surface is rates safe for the food and catering industry, and the panel is colour fast so it does not fade even when exposed to the sun. It is both a reliable panel and very good value for money. Available in a range of colours and we can colour-match any corporate colour subject with a minimum order requirement.
ECW-GRP Panel – Glass reinforced finish wall cladding panels
High impact and textured finish
GRP clad sheets offer an extremel high impact resistance and have an embossed textured finish. They are officially class 0 fire-rated and are very popular in america due to their high quality appearance. We can also supply these with a smooth finish on request subject to minimum order quantity.
